Anonymity, bulk-registration and more now possible in Impactly
October 18, 2023

With Impactly, it's now possible to anonymise participants. And we’ve improved data collection, registrationss and overall usability for both organisations and participants.

Anonymise participants in Impactly

Some organisations need to anonymise participants, which is now possible in Impactly. It can be done both individually, if it’s only certain participants, or in bulk, if it’s all participants.

Since we want to offer full anonymisation, the Impactly super admin will help you anonymise the participants with only a few clicks. Here is how it will look for you, when you use Impactly

Data collection in Impactly

We’ve improved a number of features improving data collection and increasing the user experience, while minimising the time spent collecting data.

  • You can now bulk-register incidents/events, numeric registrations and status registrations for multiple participants instead of doing it one participant after the other. To do so, click on the relevant registration in your data strategy.
  • It’s now possible to formulate your own emails and messages to participants.
  • Sendouts can now be both scheduled and sent out immediately. It is also possible to send out surveys to groups of users based on different tags.
  • You can now get a better overview of who has answered your surveys via a new feature that also allows you to follow-up quickly with participants who haven't answered your survey. You can see this under the tab “Notifications” in Impactly.
  • Separators in questionnaires can now be formatted according to your own preference, similarly to how text can be formatted in fx Microsoft Word.
